Just saw them a couple of weeks ago, what a great show. They're fabulous live and make a really big (and awesome) sound for a 3 piece indeed.

Had not heard much of her music before seeing her, and I was blown away. Cool songs, great voice, but above all a real show. Dont miss this one.

Great article on my favorite artist and phenomenal woman, Ruthie Foster. My husband and I first saw her on a Blues cruise, but had been listening to her recordings for a while. Ruthie is a great talent and one heck of a nice lady. She deserves all the accolades that come her way! Every chance we get, we go to see her perform.

My favorite artist at the Savannah Music Festival this year. Outstanding performer that connected with a very diverse crowd. I asked the executive director to please bring her back to a larger venue for the next years festival.

i got a heads up on ruthie when she was doing guitar blues in '09 with robben ford and jorma kaukonen. she opened and, the set of pipes on her......wow. when she sang acapella, i was seriously hooked. she later rejoined first robben and then all 3, simply stunning! I made it my business to see her at jazzfest in new orleans, and with her band, one of the best shows this year, was simply amazing and moving. her delivery is powerful and expressive.for all of us who stood in the muck and rain she was the sunshine that makes everything grow.the set is available on jazzfestlive....she's one of the performers who is worth the drive from anywhere, check her out, she'll make you healed!!!!!

Great article full of info for baby artists. Will definitely do this now that I know its not just me that whats to! I'm not surprised he did eaither, I had the opportunity to meet him for an interview last year and he was very sinceer and seemed to really want to hold fast to his morals and stay grounded.
